| 26 okt 2015 12:13:41 | Arduino wattmeter | Féliciano | Thank you, dear Freddy for your answer. I am in the regret to inform you that in my country I find nothing of the circuit. The electrical component vendor offers MAX232 or MAX432 my circuit. I want your advice. Thank you |
| 23 okt 2015 22:54:25 | Average & effective values | Freddy | No, you mustn't include the period time T. If you do so, you make the average value dependent on the frequency. ie the average value will become smaller if the period time becomes greater, while the signal shape is kept the same. δu and δd are ratios of the period time so the calculation is independent of the frequency. |
| 23 okt 2015 22:00:28 | Arduino wattmeter | Freddy | Examples of replacement opamps are: LTC1152, AD8571, MAX4237, MCP6V08. I've never tested the circuit with these opamps, so I can't guarantee that the circuit will work properly. |
| 23 okt 2015 18:14:30 | Average & effective values | eebrains | The impulse wave measurements do not include T. The RMS or Average calculation must be dependent on T. I've derived these triangle/sawtooth impulse averages many times. Triangle average should be "MEAN = ap * (du + dd)/2T" |
| 22 okt 2015 16:27:29 | Arduino wattmeter | Féliciano | Hello. Thanks for your reply. I still have problem. Strongly please excuse me I'm not an electronics technician I am a programmer analyst. I wanted to make your template in a project. Can you give more example of circuit that can replace the LTC1050? I strongly need. Thanks to you. |
| 15 okt 2015 22:26:23 | Arduino wattmeter | Freddy | You can replace the LTC1050 opamp by any other rail-to-rail opamp with an input offset voltage of 5 μV or better and a low input bias current of 10 pA or lower. |
| 14 okt 2015 22:50:09 | Arduino wattmeter | Féliciano | Hello . I can't find the LTC 1050 - CN8 in my country. What other circuit can replace it? |

| 10 jul 2015 20:45:58 | Accuracy, precision & resolution | Freddy | Thanks, you're right. This article will be rewritten in the future. There are more incorrectness. For example the way how multiple uncertainties are added is not correct. |
